What data we collect

In providing our services, we collect the following information about you:

Details at purchase

When you make a purchase, we ask you for the information necessary to process it. The only mandatory data are those without which we cannot send you the purchase and process your order, such as your name, e-mail address, delivery address, telephone number and the subject of the order.

You do not enter any information in our shop that directly relates to the handling of the money in your accounts. All currently offered forms of electronic banking (payment for goods via the Internet) are carried out directly on the bank’s website, which only provides us with information about the success or failure of the payment and your name or account number (so that we can identify the payment and return it if necessary).

The only data we store in this context is related to the function of “remembering” your card. However, this function is also provided by the bank, which is the only one that can match your card number with the anonymised data under which your card has been remembered by our system.

Details when creating an account

If you decide to create a user account with us, we also collect all the data related to this. The only mandatory data is your name and email address, which we use to communicate with you.

Creating an account with us is only compulsory if you buy digital content from us. We cannot make this content available to you without creating an account.

We also process your contact data as well as your purchase data in case you make a complaint about the delivered goods.

If you have given us your consent to do so or if you have not opted out of receiving communications as part of the purchasing process, we will also email you commercial information about news and current offers that may be of interest to you.
